Pacific Spice Vinegar
Our friends at Chaparral Gardens know their vinegar. This Pacific Spice fruit vinegar starts with organic kiwis grown on their neighbors farm and gets a spicy kick from special chili’s Chaparral grows themselves! It has bright citrus flavor up front with a touch of chili pepper heat on the back end, but it’s more spicy-interesting than spicy-hot. We absolutely love it paired with our roasted walnut oil in this awesome Asian Pacific Spice Dressing recipe. It’s a totally unexpected and fun take on vinegar!
Also enjoy it as a chicken or pork marinade, on Asian noodles or over seafood (Chaparral especially love it in ceviche).
